The UI toolkit allow us to maintain visual  consistency across the product, while also  saving time and effort in the design  process. These results lead into more  efficient and effective solutions, leading to  a better user experience for customers and  greater business success.

As part of an entirely new vision, frog collaborated closely with stakeholders to establish not only the foundational elements of the product vision but also to develop a guiding compass that would serve as a reliable source of truth.


This source of truth served a dual purpose. Firstly, it documented everything from vision statements to product metrics and the roadmap, providing a comprehensive framework for decision-making. Secondly, it played a crucial role in improving communication among stakeholders and fostering alignment in their overall product strategy. By leveraging this guiding compass, stakeholders are empowered to make informed decisions and ensure a cohesive approach toward achieving the desired outcomes.
