Co-founded 23 Design in 2015, ran it through its acquisition by frog, and served as GM. - **Jay López** (Co-founder & Design Director): Product designer with 12+ years shipping digital products across Latin America and the US. Led design for Bitso's initial mobile app and core crypto transaction flows. - **Omar Tosca** (Co-founder & Design Director): Interaction designer and engineer with 12+ years experience and 50+ shipped products.
