Senior Visual Designer

Shortcut ⌘ is a digital product design studio based in LATAM. Our team brings over a decade of experience crafting digital products currently on the market for clients across diverse industries.

We are looking for a senior practitioner who can lead the visual side of a project end-to-end: proposing a visual direction or executing an established one, presenting to clients, partnering with engineering on handoff, and conducting design QA. While you will always collaborate closely with a project lead, we expect you to organize your work autonomously and approach your craft with sharp creative conviction.

What You Will Do

• Design interfaces for digital products and websites, adhering to or evolving existing design systems, UI kits, and brand guidelines.
• Translate brand guidelines into digital product surfaces and bring visual craft to every interaction.
• Build high-fidelity prototypes in Figma, Framer, or with modern AI prototyping tools.
• Define micro-interactions and clearly demonstrate how the final production experience will look and feel.
• Generate the visual assets required across your interfaces, with or without AI workflows.
• Ship designs from Figma into Framer or Webflow.
• Present your work to stakeholders and partner with front-end engineering teams on production polish.

What We Are Looking For

• Proven track record in visual design for digital products.
• Mastery of Figma and Framer, with experience leveraging AI as a creative force multiplier.
• Working knowledge of After Effects and 3D tools like Spline or Blender.
• Strong creative direction instincts and visual discernment.
• Deep understanding of design systems and component architecture.
• Native Spanish and intermediate/professional English.
• A genuine enthusiasm for technology and modern software craft.

You can work from anywhere, provided your working hours overlap with our primary studio hours in Mexico City (CDMX) and those of our clients.
