Vector Casa de Bolsa, a well-established financial institution in Mexico, sought to launch VIT by Vector, a new digital investment platform to democratize investment for a broader audience. Our goal was to translate Vector's financial expertise into seamless digital experiences that resonate with users of varying levels of investment knowledge.
Shortcut collaborated with Vector over four months to define and refine the user experience for their flagship digital products.
The team focused on creating an intuitive and trustworthy experience for Vit, given that it was designed for users new to digital investment. The initial phase involved understanding the vision, target demographic, and strategic position of Vit. Key functionalities and underlying business logic were defined during this phase.
User testing and an iterative design process based on user insights were crucial to improving the user experience and laying a strong foundation for Vit as an accessible and user-friendly entry point into digital investment for the Mexican market.
It's incredibly rewarding to see the impact of our early collaboration with Vector culminate in the launch of VIT by Vector in 2025, to take a significant step towards democratizing investment in Mexico through the thoughtfully designed user experience of Vit.
