GBM: Designing for Financial Freedom

GBM set out to take Mexico's digital brokerage experience further, aiming to attract new customers with broader segmentation. The existing product hadn't kept pace with that ambition, and its experience no longer reflected where the company wanted to go. This was very much a product design challenge, led at the time by the same team working under frog México: user research, ideation, and defining key features and flows, then rebuilding the dashboard end to end and folding in GBM's brand elements to bring the whole experience in line with the company's vision. The team worked closely with GBM's product side throughout, with every decision going through their CEOs. GBM has kept iterating on what was delivered ever since, and it remains the foundation of the product today. Alongside Infosel and Clau, it's one of the clearest examples of a brand looking as established and modern as the company actually is, instead of undercutting it with a dated product.
