Paladar: Gastronomy as a vehicle for community

Shortcut collaborated with Paladar during its transition from a gastronomic marketing agency to a cultural connection platform. The main challenge was to refresh the visual system while preserving the brand's original logo and core recognition. To achieve this, we developed a design language that balances the authority of a cultural platform with the warmth of hospitality. This identity translates Paladar's new narrative into a cohesive color palette and typographic layout, positioning gastronomy as a vehicle for community, belonging, and legacy. This effort was materialized into practical guidelines and visual assets built for daily commercial and digital operations. Shortcut defined the photographic art direction, structured modular pitch decks for clients, and visually updated the official website. This approach organically integrated the brand's new manifesto, service levels, and talent ecosystem, delivering an updated and consistent digital presence without the need to rebuild the technological infrastructure from scratch.
