Paladar: Gastronomy as a vehicle for community
Shortcut collaborated with Paladar during its transition from a gastronomic marketing agency to a cultural connection platform, designing a warm, authoritative visual identity and cohesive web presence.
Shortcut partnered with Paladar during its shift from a gastronomic marketing agency to a cultural connection platform. The challenge was refreshing the visual system while preserving the brand's existing logo and the recognition it had already built. We developed a design language that balances the authority of a cultural platform with the warmth of hospitality, translating Paladar's new narrative into a cohesive color palette and typographic system. That system became practical guidelines and assets for daily commercial and digital operations: photographic art direction, modular pitch decks for clients, and an updated website, all built to carry Paladar's new manifesto, service levels, and talent ecosystem without rebuilding its technology from scratch.
Paladar soft-launched under the new identity just a few weeks ago, positioning gastronomy as a vehicle for community, belonging, and legacy across every touchpoint clients and partners now see.
