Simplifying Investments: Empowering First-Time Investors

We partnered with a Mexican financial institution launching a new digital investment platform, designed for people who had never considered themselves investors. Over three months, we owned the product’s UX end-to-end. Usability testing revealed the mental models users bring to personal finance and exposed an onboarding flow that was losing people before they ever reached the core product. We cut it down and rebuilt the trust signals around what users actually needed to feel confident. We handed off validated prototypes and final flows ready for development. The client moved into build with a product already tested against the trust and complexity issues common in fintech, and launched on schedule.
